These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Plans After UK ticketing platform (“Platform”). By buying a ticket or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.



1. Who We Are

Plans After UK (“we”, “us”) sells tickets to events and festivals.

2. Using the Platform

You must be at least 18 to purchase a ticket

You agree to give accurate contact and payment details.

We may suspend or cancel accounts that break these Terms or the law.



3. Tickets

All ticket prices include applicable taxes and fees unless stated otherwise.

Tickets are valid only for the named event, date, and venue.

Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced unless required by law.

Entry is subject to venue rules (e.g. age limits, ID checks, security searches).



4. Refunds & Cancellations

If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, we’ll refund the ticket price or exchange it where the organiser allows.

Booking/service fees are refundable only where required by law.

We’re not responsible for travel, accommodation, or other costs if an event is changed or cancelled.



5. Liability

We are not responsible for issues directly caused by our ticketing company, Flicket.

We are not liable for the event experience, personal property, or indirect losses, unless required by law.



6. Copyright

All content on the Platform (logo, text, design) belongs to Plans After UK or our partners. You may not copy or use it without permission.
